🏛 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Provide excellent customer service in-person, via phone, and email.
📌 Assist with payroll, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
📌 Manage tax collection, water utility billing, and special assessments.
📌 Help prepare budgets, financial statements, and audit reports.
📌 Process permits, licenses, and community room rentals.
📌 Support the Village Clerk/Treasurer and step in as needed.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅ A team player with a positive attitude.
✅ Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
✅ Experience with financial processes, municipal government, or administrative roles is a plus!
$ $25.00-$28.00 per hour DOQ
